Southern Circuit

More remote and host to fewer visitors, Tanzania's southern circuit promises beautiful scenery, lush flora, and interesting animals to those who venture off the beaten track. Vast tracts of land remain unexplored and unexploited - part of the Africa of long ago. The southern parks' unspoilt beauty is due in part to their relative inaccessibility. A four-wheel drive vehicle is the best way to get around the region. When comparing the circuits, think of the Southern Circuit as the elephants, the waterways and the birds.

Western Circuit
