Another Land featured in National Geographic Traveler Magazine

September 2005 - Another Land's travel safaris were featured in the September 2005 issue of National Geographic Traveler. Listed in the magazine's Safari Guide: 12 Epic Adventures in the Heart of Africa, Another Land was profiled for its pioneering work in cultural tourism in East Africa.

The magazine states, Another Land offers unique village immersion programs where travelers cook local dishes, hunt lungfish, craft jewelry, and walk with warriors in the Great Rift Valley. "We pride ourselves on showing travelers a side of East Africa that they might otherwise miss," says Nichole Smaglick, Another Land's founder.
